Billing questions

How do I pay?

On Stripe's own secure page; we never see your card. The purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record, which adds any sales tax or VAT for your country and sends your receipts and invoices.

Can I cancel?

Any time, in your dashboard under Plan & billing → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the account returns to Free. If the account then has more websites than Free allows, the extra ones stay in your account but aren't monitored until you upgrade again or choose which one to monitor. History older than 90 days is deleted 30 days after the change.

Refunds?

Ask within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, in Manage billing. Moving up is charged straight away for the rest of the period; moving down or to a shorter interval takes effect at your next renewal.

What if a payment fails?

Stripe retries it automatically and you keep your plan meanwhile. If it still fails, the account returns to Free, as above.

What we don't do

  • We don't run our own firewall or CDN. Protection comes from Cloudflare in your own account. We only say traffic is protected when we can see it passes through a CDN/firewall.
  • No hands-on incident response. The agent can quarantine files and restore official WordPress files with your approval, but we don't log into your site. On WordPress it can remove a flagged fragment from a post only when you approve that exact change, with an undo.
  • Database checks are WordPress-only and read-only. The agent scans WordPress posts, options, post metadata and administrator accounts for signs of injection; Joomla and Drupal databases aren't scanned.
  • No PCI DSS scans or compliance certification. The status badge is not a certification.
